Project Manager - Commercial Construction | Perth

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Perth. This role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to practical completion, working closely with contract administrators, site teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, program and manage commercial construction projects from award through to completion
• Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee project budgets, cost control and reporting
• Manage procurement of trades and materials in collaboration with the contracts team
• Drive program adherence, resolve on-site issues, and manage project risk
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual obligations throughout delivery
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants to maintain strong working relationships

Skills & Experience:

• MUST have 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the local Commercial Construction (New Build) industry.
• Unfortunately, Project Managers who have done work in oil & gas, civil or engineering industry will not be considered for this opportunity, unless you have the above. (Feel free to contact to see what could be possible)
• Experience with multi-story apartments or residential projects preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, programming and budgeting
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and risk management on commercial sites
