We're searching for a hands-on Heavy Field Service Supervisor ready to run the WA crew across reach stackers, container handlers and heavy forklifts - setting the run, owning the quoted works, and fronting the customer.

DUTIES

Your day runs across the crew, the customer and the paperwork. You'll set the priorities in the morning and own the outcome by knock-off.

• Supervising techs on major repairs, quoted works and PMs
• Coordinating workshop and field service operations
• Customer visits, equipment inspections and follow-up reviews
• Preparing repair quotations and overseeing quoted works
• Managing job sheets, service documentation and invoicing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The trade background is the entry ticket - leadership is what lands it. If you're a leading hand ready for the step up, that counts.

• Cert III Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Mobile Plant Technology
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience (essential)
• Diagnostics across engines, hydraulics, driveline & electrical
• Current WA C Class Driver's Licence
• Confident with Outlook, Excel and service management systems
