Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships with clients?

We are currently seeking an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join a well-established residential construction business in Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and playing a key role throughout their building journey.

The Role

As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of residential clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident from contract through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential building clients
• Acting as the main point of contact throughout the construction process
• Providing regular updates on build progress, timelines and key milestones
• Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Coordinating with Construction, Prestart, Estimating and Administration teams
• Managing variations and communicating changes clearly to clients
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
• Supporting a smooth handover and positive client experience
  
  

About You

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands the importance of clear, consistent communication throughout the residential building process.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience within residential construction
• Experience in Client Liaison, Customer Service, Contracts Administration, Prestart or a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with clients, trades and internal stakeholders
• A good understanding of the residential construction process
