I have multiple opportunities in custom home builders with an outstanding reputation for delivering architecturally designed homes valued from $3M+, along with some of Brisbane's most prestigious high-end residential renovations.

The Builder

This is a builder that has earned its reputation by delivering luxury residential projects that showcase craftsmanship, attention to detail and outstanding client service.

Working closely with architects, designers and specialist trades, they build bespoke homes and renovations that stand apart from the rest of the market.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they're looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join their construction team.

The Role

As the Residential Site Supervisor, you'll oversee a select number of luxury custom homes and high-end residential renovations across Brisbane.

You'll be trusted to manage projects from site commencement through to handover, ensuring every build is delivered safely, efficiently and to the premium standard the business is known for.

Unlike volume construction, you'll have the time and support to focus on quality workmanship, client experience and delivering homes that genuinely reflect the builder's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise luxury custom homes from site start through to handover
• Deliver architecturally designed homes valued from $3M+
• Manage high-end residential renovations and extensions
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and specialist trades
• Maintain construction programmes and project timelines
• Conduct quality assurance inspections throughout construction
• Ensure exceptional workmanship and premium finishes
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers and consultants
• Maintain WHS compliance and QBCC standards
• Deliver projects on programme while maintaining the highest level of quality

What You'll Bring

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builder's Licence (essential)
• 5+ years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
• Experience delivering custom homes, architectural homes or luxury residential construction
• Experience managing high-end renovations is highly regarded
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing and programming
• Excellent communication with clients, architects, trades and subcontractors
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in workmanship
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with quality trades
