Duties of the role

Reporting into the maintenance supervisor and working closely with a team of experienced UG HD Fitters, you will be responsible for; -

• Workshop and field duties - maintenance and repair on UG mining machinery
• 50% working in the workshop and 50% breakdowns working UG
• Working on a range of machinery on brands including Sandvik, CAT, Epiroc and Normet

Your value and experience

• Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years recent experience working on UG hard rock mining equipment
• Strong diagnostic and breakdowns skills working on UG hard rock mobile plant
• Ability to work well in a team and unsupervised
• Strong safety values
