A leading national company is seeking an experienced State Manager to oversee and drive operations across Victoria.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation in a key leadership role, managing a team of 4 office-based direct reports and 12 field staff. You will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence, supporting growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Ideally, candidates will come from a fire services background or have experience in a similar leadership role within the industry. However, applications are also encouraged from experienced mechanical or electrical professionals with strong leadership, project, and operational management experience.
