Are you an experienced Senior Dry Fire Technician or Leading Hand ready to put down the heavy tool bags and transition into office-based operations? This role is designed specifically to help a technical expert step away from daily field installations and move into an operational management role. You will use your deep diagnostic knowledge to support field staff, manage client relationships, and run day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Transition off the tools to manage daily service team

• Provide over the phone and occasional site based technical support and troubleshooting guidance to field technicians.

• Oversee daily service delivery, job tracking, and quality control.

• Manage client communications, quote minor defect repairs, and ensure all reporting meets Australian Standards.

• Assist in driving team performance, reviewing technician reports, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience servicing, programming, and fault-finding Dry Fire systems.

• A Senior Tech or Leading Hand genuinely motivated to move away from field work and into supervisor duties.

• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to mentor junior staff and apprentices.

• Proactive, organised mindset with the ability to manage schedules and digital reporting platforms.

• Thorough understanding of relevant Australian Standards (e.g., AS 1851, AS 1670).
