Overview

We're working with a well-established Fire Protection contractor that is looking for a Service Supervisor to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Dry Fire Technician or Leading Hand who is ready to transition into a leadership-focused position while still staying connected to the technical side of the industry.

You'll be stepping into a key role supporting technicians, overseeing service operations, assisting with scheduling and client communication, and helping drive the day-to-day performance of the division.

This is a genuine progression opportunity with strong support from management and the chance to build long-term career growth within the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising and supporting a team of Dry Fire Technicians
• Assisting with daily operations e.g. quotes, client communication / coordination etc
• Managing job progress, quality, and compliance
• Providing technical support and guidance to field staff
• Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships
• Helping drive team performance and workplace culture

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in the Fire Protection industry
• Proven experience working across Dry Fire systems
• Previous experience as a Senior Technician or Leading Hand
• Strong technical and fault-finding ability
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to support and mentor junior technicians
• Organised and proactive approach to work
• Understanding of Australian Standards and compliance requirements
