We are currently seeking a vibrant and proactive Team Administrator to play a key role in the continued success of our Byron Bay office. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organised, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

You'll be responsible for supporting a busy team of consultants, driving key administration projects, and providing high-level operational support across the office.

Alongside day-to-day administration, this role offers the opportunity to broaden your skillset and be part of a business built on strong values, professionalism, collaboration, and a genuine desire to be the best in our field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting a busy team of recruitment consultants
  • Assisting with social media initiatives to improve talent attraction and candidate engagement
  • Liaising with temporary candidates regarding onboarding and general support
  • Conducting online inductions for temporary staff
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management and financial reports using Excel
  • Assisting with credit checks and site assessments
  • Managing OH&S compliance tracking and documentation
  • Supporting the leadership team with operational and administrative tasks
  • General day-to-day office administration
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects including research, charity events, and internal team events

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in an Office Administration or Office Management role
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook capabilities
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple business-critical projects simultaneously
  • Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented personality
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional presentation
