About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury residential joiner, who are looking for an established Estimator to join their team.

This is a key role within the business. You will be working across premium residential projects (with some custom commercial project exposure) estimating full house joinery packages up to $3M.

In this role, you'll be the sole estimator within a highly experienced and knowledgeable team. You'll be responsible for pricing and preparing tenders from start to finish, working closely with designers, project managers, and suppliers to make sure every detail is accurately captured and commercially sound.

The work is varied and fast-moving, so you'll need to be confident managing multiple estimates at once while maintaining a strong eye for detail.

While you'll have full ownership of estimating, you'll be supported by a team that knows the industry inside out.

About you:

• Minimum 4+ years' estimating experience
• A qualification in cabinetry or joinery is preferred
• Experience working on 7-figure projects (preferable residential)
• Strong numerical ability and an analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of estimates end-to-end
• Comfortable working in Excel, with willingness to adapt to new systems
• Genuine passion to build a long-term career
• Strong communication skills and commercial judgement
