An established and growing residential builder is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join their high-performing team in the Moreton Bay region. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, volume building environment and takes pride in delivering quality homes.

About the Role

This position will see the successful candidate managing a portfolio of residential builds from start to finish, working within a well-structured and supportive construction team. Sites are well-clustered across the Moreton Bay region, allowing for efficient scheduling and minimal travel time.

• Managing 16-20 homes concurrently
• Overseeing builds typically valued between $300k-$400k
• Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site activity to meet build timelines
• Providing daily site updates and progress photos to the construction administration team
• Attending key client touchpoints including site inspections, PCI's, and handovers
• Maintaining quality control and WHS compliance across all sites

About You

• 3-5+ years' experience with a volume home builder (essential)
• Proven ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously
• A trade background (preferred but not essential)
• Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining open to feedback
• Excellent organisational and time management
