About the Company

Our client is a growing residential builder delivering quality homes across home & land and custom projects, currently building around 100 homes annually with strong plans to scale.

With an expanding presence across two brands, their in-house marketing function is evolving, and they are now looking to bring design capability in-house.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior Graphic Designer to join a collaborative marketing team, working across two residential brands.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all graphic design output across digital and print, playing a key role in elevating brand presence and supporting sales activity.

You'll work closely with both marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality creative across campaigns, projects, and ongoing brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly EDM campaigns using Hubspot
• Manage and schedule social media content and advertisements
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple business units
• Format floor plans to align with brand and prepare layouts for brochures and web
• Liaise with printers and signage companies as required
• Design digital ads for social media and Google display networks
• Maintain and update content across company website and provide support for real estate listings as required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing and sales
• Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives

About You

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (mid-senior level)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiar with Canva, Hubspot and social medical platforms
• Basic understanding of website CMS (WordPress or similar)
• Familar with video editing skills highly regarded
• Background in residential construction, property, land development, or real estate preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
