Commercial Maintenance Plumber | Sydney

Looking for a solid Maintenance Plumber who knows their way around commercial sites and wants to join a business with consistent work, a strong reputation and a good team culture.

We're working with a well-established contractor in Sydney that has a strong pipeline of commercial maintenance work across office buildings, retail, industrial sites, strata and other large-scale facilities.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients and can work autonomously without needing to be micromanaged.

Day to day duties:

• Reactive and preventative plumbing maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• TMV testing / backflow
• General service work across commercial sites
• Liaising with site managers and clients
• Completing job reports / paperwork

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Plumber with relevant licences (Cert IV preferred)
• Commercial maintenance experience essential
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Current driver's licence
• Reliable, motivated and takes ownership of work
