About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Leading Hand Carpenter with prior project experience across luxury residential new builds and high-end residential renovations.
You will collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure all carpentry work is delivered to a high standard, and assist with the coordination and management of trades from time to time.
We are ideally seeking a well-rounded Leading Hand with experience across all aspects of residential carpentry from frame to lock up.
What You Need
- Trade qualification in Carpentry is essential for this role
- Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience within the high-end residential market
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret plans and drawings
- Own form of transportation and complete set of tools
