Full-time Yard Hand role in Laverton working with access equipment. Monday-Friday hours, supportive team and long-term opportunity.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Yard Hand to join a well-established access equipment business based in Laverton North.

This is a hands-on position supporting the day-to-day operations of the yard and workshop, ensuring equipment is clean, organised and ready for hire.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect and refuel equipment on return
• Maintain a tidy, organised yard and dispatch-ready fleet
• Prepare machines for hire including charging and basic checks
• Support workshop team with general maintenance tasks
• Follow safety procedures and assist with general yard duties

Machinery

• Scissor lifts
• Boom lifts
• Telehandlers
• Forklifts
• Access equipment

Skills & Attributes

Essential

• Forklift licence
• EWP licence
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Highly Regarded

• Previous yard or workshop experience
• Exposure to mobile plant or hire equipment
