Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager / Supervisor
Location: Brisbane & Gold Coast, QLD
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (+ super + salary package)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager / Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in commercial plumbing construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple commercial plumbing projects from start to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance processes
• Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates

About You

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing (construction)
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Supervisor in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines
• Relevant plumbing trade qualification (licensed preferred)
• White Card (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
