The Company
Well-established Fire Protection business with a strong name in the industry. Strong pipeline of work, long-term clients, and a specialist team to lean on.
Looking to bring in two solid Service Coordinators to support the day-to-day running of their service division.
The Role
This is a role where you're right in the middle of everything from managing incoming jobs, scheduling technicians, and keeping both clients and field staff aligned.
It's busy and fast-paced but if you're organised, and like being across multiple moving parts, you'll enjoy it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing incoming service requests via phone and email
- Logging jobs and minor works into the system
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently
- Adjusting service runs to improve productivity and reduce downtime
- Keeping service records, reports, and documentation up to date
- Chasing overdue works and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Supporting invoicing, purchase orders, and general admin
- Liaising closely with technicians to support them out in the field
- Working with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
What They're Looking For
- Experience in a Service Coordinator / Scheduler role (ideally within fire, HVAC, electrical or similar)
- Strong admin background in a fast-paced service environment
- Someone who can prioritise, stay organised, and handle pressure
- Confident communicator (both with clients and technicians)
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Solid systems skills (any service-based software experience is a plus)
