Site Manager roles with established builders delivering new build commercial, education & community projects up to $10M in West Melbourne.
Two established privately owned construction companies are seeking Site Managers to deliver new build projects up to $10M in Melbourne's western suburbs.
The companies operate across:
Commercial construction
Education/Government
Health, aged care & community facilities
Manage day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors, programme, and deliveries
Ensure OH&S, quality, and site compliance
Work closely with Project Management teams
Proven Site Manager experience on new build projects
Background in commercial / industrial / health sectors
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
The succesful candidate must have new build experience.
