A well-established commercial HVAC services company is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support a busy service team.
Schedule and coordinate up to 40 commercial HVAC technicians daily
Manage reactive service calls, maintenance bookings, and job allocations
Liaise with technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders
Monitor job progress, follow up completion, and resolve scheduling issues
Support service delivery and account management outcomes
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator in commercial HVAC (essential)
Strong scheduling and workforce coordination experience
Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using job management systems and MS Office
