Join a growing civil infrastructure company moving into the Primary contractor space and with teams across diverse ranges of projects
An established civil construction business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver civil projects across Illawarra and Western Sydney. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage projects end to end, from planning through to completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.
This role suits a hands-on leader who communicates well, builds strong working relationships, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Manage all phases of civil project delivery, including scope, budget, program, quality, and safety
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones
Prepare and track project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Provide regular reporting on progress, costs, and performance
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Implement and oversee WHS and environmental requirements on site
Identify and manage project risks, variations, and delivery issues
Mentor engineers and site staff
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in civil construction
Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, subdivisions, TfNSW, RMS)
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
Knowledge of WHS, quality, and environmental systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience beneficial
Current Australian driver's licence
