The Role: Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer, you will be crucial to the successful delivery of our civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and the rest of the team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil projects (e.g., earthworks, utilities, road construction, subdivision works).

Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

Ensuring strict adherence to all WHS, Quality, and Environmental standards.

Monitoring project progress, conducting quality checks, and preparing detailed reports.

Handling RFI's, variations, and procurement of materials.

Interacting and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders (e.g., builders and council representatives).
What You'll Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience as a Project Engineer (or equivalent role) within the civil construction industry.

Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, WHS regulations, and quality assurance processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a hunger for career advancement.
