About the Role
A luxury builder based in the Northern Beaches is looking for an experienced Foreman to join their team. With a strong pipeline of work across the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore, this role focuses on managing architecturally designed homes valued between $1M - $4M.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, coordinating trades, schedules, and site safety
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams
- Support the Project Manager with project delivery and site decision-making
About You
- Experience in luxury or custom residential homes
- Trade background in carpentry or similar
- Hands-on and practical, with strong leadership skills
