About the role:
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping insurance repair projects running smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with supervisors, trades, and homeowners to coordinate repairs, ensure timelines are met, and deliver great customer experiences.
You'll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team who take pride in doing things the right way.
Day-to-day, you'll:
Schedule and coordinate trades for domestic insurance repairs
Manage small claims from lodgement through to completion
Liaise with clients, supervisors, and insurers to keep projects on track
Prepare and submit documentation and updates as needed
Support the project management team with reporting and workflow
What you'll bring:
Experience in insurance building, construction admin, or trade scheduling
Strong communication and organisation skills
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
A team-focused, positive attitude
