About the Role
We're working with a family run residential home builder seeking a confident and customer-focused Display Home Associate to join their team in Box Hill. This role would suit someone with a background in sales support, customer service, or real estate, who enjoys engaging with people and creating a welcoming first impression.

You'll be the friendly face of the display homes, helping customers navigate the building journey while supporting the sales team behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Front-of-House

  • Welcome visitors to the display homes and create a professional, approachable first impression
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide general information on designs, inclusions, and the building process
  • Conduct basic walk-throughs, highlighting key features and answering general questions
  • Collect visitor details and qualify potential buyers for follow-up

Sales Support & Lead Management

  • Record and distribute sales leads to Sales Consultants
  • Maintain enquiry registers, traffic reports, and CRM data
  • Assist with follow-ups via phone or email where required
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants, including brochures, forms, and site booking coordination

Display Home Presentation

  • Ensure all display homes are clean, well-presented, and stocked with up-to-date marketing materials
  • Report any presentation or maintenance issues
  • Maintain signage and promotional materials

About You

  • Strong communication and people skills, with a friendly, professional manner
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a front-of-house role (real estate or new homes experience highly regarded)
  • Confident using CRM systems or Microsoft Office
  • Well-presented, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with two rostered weekdays off
