The Role

Reporting to the Area Construction Manager, he is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible support to his team.

As Site Supervisor, your new role will involve-

• Managing multiple construction sites throughout Brisbane Inner City and Inner North Suburbs (Wavell Heights, Kedron, Albion).
• Ensure work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correct building practices and procedures and adhered to at all times
• Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects run to schedule
• Provide construction progress updates, WHS reports to head office

You will ideally have the following criteria:

• Previous Supervisory experience delivering high end custom homes mandatory ⭐
• Strong computer skills - Onsite Companion experience is essential
• Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
• Trade qualification - QBCC License ⭐
• Longevity with previous employers - proven strong tenure
• Outgoing, friendly personality
