Operations Manager - Geothermal HVAC
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Our client:
We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering high quality geothermal heating and cooling systems across the high end residential and light commercial space. The business is growing rapidly and is now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their team.
Role Overview:
This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing all aspects of field operations. You will oversee a team ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day geothermal / HVAC operations
Oversee project scheduling, resource planning, and workforce coordination
Ensure health & safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor budgets, timelines, and operational performance
Report to senior management and support strategic business growth
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in HVAC or geothermal systems is required
Background in operational or project management within building services
Strong understanding of heat pump systems
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
