What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the face of the company out in the field - taking ownership of your work, keeping machines running, and customers smiling.

• Diagnose, fault-find and repair heavy machinery breakdowns
• Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance & component change-outs
• Complete warranty and upgrade work to OEM standards
• Manage your own field jobs with strong attention to safety and detail
• Deliver top-tier customer service - professional, reliable, and hands-on

Gear You'll Get Your Hands On:

Up to 55 T of serious gear - heavy forklifts, container handlers, booms, cherry pickers & next-gen access equipment.

Roster & Hours:

This is a residential position where you will be home every night.

Monday - Friday roster:

• 38-hour work week.
• 1 day off each month (hours made up during worked days)

9-day-fortnight roster:

• Have every second Friday off
• Make up missing hours throughout work weeks.

Plenty of OT available: Paid at penalty rates, mornings, evenings, and weekends

Who We're Looking For

We're chasing a mechanically minded gun who's ready to take the next step in their career. You'll bring a solid trade background and ideally some exposure to materials handling gear, but above all we're looking for attitude and reliability.

• Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Tech or Automotive
• Experience in materials handling (Advantageous)
• Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy
• Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics a bonus (training available)
• Great attitude, reliable, and ready for a long-term opportunity
