The Opportunity

Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster ex Perth, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the underground engineering team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant mine plans.

Key accountabilities include:

• Developing and optimising production schedules, drill & blast designs, and stope sequencing.
• Overseeing stope performance, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of production outcomes.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering technical growth within the team.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and technical accuracy in planning and execution.
• Collaborating with geology, survey, and operations to drive alignment and productivity.

Your Value

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
• 5+ years of underground hard-rock experience, ideally in gold mining.
• Proficiency with Deswik CAD and Deswik Scheduler software.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive, accountable mindset and commitment to safety and precision.
