About the Role
As a Lead Restoration Technician, you'll take charge of coordinating and delivering restoration projects, guiding a small team on-site, and ensuring outcomes meet both client expectations and company standards. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with leadership responsibility. You'll also be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate reports for clients, insurers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support technicians in carrying out restoration works across water, fire, mould, and specialty projects.

Manage site safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Prepare comprehensive and detailed job reports.

Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture.

Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest level of workmanship.
About You

Minimum 3 years' experience in the restoration industry (IICRC certification highly regarded).

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce detailed reports.

Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided).

A positive attitude and commitment to quality outcomes.
