About the Role
An rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Site Manager to take the lead on a major new project in Adelaide's CBD. This is a rare chance to be at the forefront of a transformational build that will significantly impact the city's skyline and set new standards for urban development in South Australia.
The successful candidate must have commercial build experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring project milestones, safety, and quality standards are met
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics in a complex vertical environment
Liaise with the project team to ensure alignment between design intent and construction outcomes
Monitor and manage compliance with all WHS and regulatory requirements
Lead site operations with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing complex commercial or high-rise construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site safety
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
A high level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
