Seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join a well known high end Cabinet Making client.
This is a full-time, hands-on position for an experienced CNC Operator with a background in cabinet making or joinery. You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components for kitchens, wardrobes, and custom joinery projects.
Operate and maintain CNC machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
Load programs and materials for efficient and accurate production
Perform quality control checks to ensure precision and finish
Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as required
Collaborate with the design and assembly teams to meet project timelines
2+ years' experience operating CNC machinery in a joinery or cabinet making environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of cabinet construction and joinery techniques
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Competitive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience)
Stable, full-time position with regular hours
