Seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial & high-end resi projects. Strong team, steady pipeline, and long-term career opportunity.
We're working with a long-standing client in the commercial plumbing sector who are looking to bring on an experienced Plumbing Foreman/Junior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This business delivers high-quality plumbing solutions across commercial construction and fit-out projects throughout Sydney. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a stable, they're looking for someone who can step straight in and take the reins.
The Role
As Plumbing Foreman, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing trades, coordinating with builders and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. You'll be working closely with the project team to meet program targets while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring:
Proven experience working as a Plumbing Foreman on commercial construction or commercial fit-out projects (High-end residential considered)
A current Certificate IV in Plumbing
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to manage trades on-site and drive program outcomes
Excellent knowledge of plumbing standards, OH&S requirements, and job sequencing
A current drivers license.
