Senior HVAC Technician

Senior HVAC Technician opportunity - working across Sydney servicing commercial sites, managing clients, and leading a team.

• $55-$60 per hour + Super + Company Vehicle + RDOs
• Commercial HVAC maintenance projects across Sydney
• Senior position lead and develop a team, win work, manage customers and clients

I'm working with a well-established HVAC contractor that's busier than ever and looking to add a Senior HVAC Technician to their service team.

You'll be working across a mix of commercial buildings - think offices, schools, hospitals, shopping centre's, government sites, and retail stores - handling everything from routine maintenance through to fault-finding and urgent callouts.

If you know your way around commercial HVAC systems and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, this one's for you.

???? What You'll Be Doing:

• Service, maintenance and fault-finding on HVAC and mechanical systems
• Working across multiple commercial sites in the Sydney metro area
• Diagnosing and repairing air conditioning systems, chillers, boilers, pumps and more
• Leading a team, covering any technical questions
• Liaising with customer and clients
• Completing service reports and communicating clearly with clients and coordinators
• Supporting junior techs and being part of a close-knit service team

✅ What You'll Need:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• ARCtick licence
• NSW driver's licence
• Solid experience working on commercial HVAC systems
• Great attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work independently
