Site Manager

Local Builder & Developer seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential projects. Paying $150k + super, company car & extras.

• $130K - $150K + super, fully maintained company car & extras
• Manage a small portfolio of high-end residential builds
• Hills District location with future projects to be based in the North Shore

• Salary up to $150K plus super, vehicle packager & extras
• Monday to Friday role, initial project will be based in the Hills District
• Lead high-end, architectural projects from start to completion

About the Company

Our client is a boutique high-end residential Developer with a niche focus on knock down re-builds in Sydney's North Shore and Northern Sydney regions. With new projects coming into construction, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a small development of 7-8 terrace homes.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of trades and sub-contractors across high-end projects with the initial project being based in the Hills District.

• Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to finishes
• Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis
• Weekly construction meetings
• Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc.
• Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects
• Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time
• Undertake project quality assurance
• Manage defective work
• Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification
• Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's

What You Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry is essential
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded
• Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager leading high-end residential projects from commencement to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Current drivers license
