Are you a Contract Administrator looking to grow within a high-performing construction team? Join a well-respected Tier 3 builder delivering a diverse range of commercial projects across Sydney, from new builds and interior fit-outs to heritage refurbishments and civil works.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all project phases, working closely with experienced Project Managers and an established delivery team.
At least 1-2 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
Proven experience on projects valued from $500k - $20m
Exposure to new builds or heritage projects is a bonus
Familiarity with Procore is advantageous but not essential
A hands-on, can-do attitude with a genuine drive to progress in the industry
Stable pipeline of projects across Sydney
