What You'll Be Doing

• Scheduling technicians for fire system services and inspections

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep jobs on track

• Managing incoming service requests, urgent jobs, and daily workflows

• Keeping systems and job records accurate and up to date

• Pitching in where needed to support the wider team

What You'll Bring

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or trades admin (fire protection a plus)

• A people-person approach - confident, clear communicator

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to think on your feet and manage shifting priorities

• Positive energy, flexibility, and a strong team-first mindset
