Pay Rate: $55 - $60 per hour

About the Role:
A leading luxury residential builder based in Dandenong South is looking for an experienced and reliable Joiner to run their in-house workshop. This is a hands-on, senior-level role suited to someone confident working independently and producing high-end architectural joinery using manual equipment.

You'll be responsible for cutting, edging, and knocking up custom joinery using a panel saw and edge bander. You'll also attend site to quality check joinery once installed, ensuring it meets the business's high standards-no installation work is required.

While you'll start as the sole workshop operator, factory staff will be brought in as the business grows the joinery shop, and you'll step into a leadership role overseeing those team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently run the workshop, managing all joinery production.

• Operate panel saw and edge bander (no CNC machinery).

• Knock up and assemble high-end custom joinery.

• Attend site to quality check installed joinery (no install work required).

• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe working environment.

• Collaborate with the site and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

• Opportunity to learn and use Mozaik design software (training provided).

• Oversee additional factory staff as the business expands.
