Job Title: Labourer / Driver - Joinery Industry (Standard License)

Locations: Mordialloc, Warragul, and Vermont
Employment Type: Casual with Full-Time Hours or Full-Time Positions Available
Pay Rate: $32 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

Multiple Positions Available - Immediate Start

About the Role:
We are seeking dependable and physically fit Labourer / Drivers to join busy teams in the joinery industry across Mordialloc, Warragul, and Vermont. This role includes driving a small truck (standard car license only) and performing manual handling of heavy custom joinery on job sites and in workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport joinery products to and from various sites.

• Drive a small truck (no special license required - standard C class license).

• Perform general labouring tasks and assist tradespeople as needed.

• Safely handle and move large, heavy joinery components.

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite environment.

Requirements:

• Valid full driver's license (standard C class).

• White Card (Construction Induction Card) - Essential.

• Physically fit and confident with heavy lifting/manual handling.

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.

• Experience in joinery, cabinetmaking, or construction preferred.
