The Company

Our Client has been producing single storey, double storey, dual occupancy homes, and house and land packages in Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong for the past 30 + years, building over 500 + homes annually. This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price.

This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers.

The Role

• Build strong relationships with internal and external clients
• Manage and maintain new and existing client base
• Lodging applications to obtain approvals from authorities
• Liaising with Developers and Council
• Meeting and greeting clients throughout the process
• Corresponding with clients via email and telephone
• Preparation of documentation for clients
• Manage and maintain new and existing client base

The Candidate

• Minimum 2-3 + years within a pre-construction, customer services or permits role with a residential home builder
• Comprehensive understanding of DA/CDC/CC application requirements
• Customer focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
