They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are ideally looking experienced Project Managers & Senior Project Managers with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry. Projects ranging from between $60m - $250m across the education, commercial, health, industrial, retail, and government sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager & Senior Project Managers (two separate roles) to join the team and work on large, diverse, and challenging projects between $60m - $250m.

This role is ideally suited to Project Managers & Senior Project Managers who have previously/are currently working within the Tier 1-2 commercial construction space.

This prestigious organisation is looking for the best of the best to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, honest, reliable, and hungry to learn to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 10+ years industry experience running your own projects $50m - $150m+
• Commercial project experience over $100m is advantageous.
