My client has an excellent reputation in the Queensland construction industry spanning proven success delivering projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast up to $80m+ specialising in the commercial project market. This organisation has already had a successful start to 2024, with a strong pipeline of work confirmed until 2026 and beyond.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are ideally looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.

My client is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor with previous commercial and multi-residential experience to lead and join the team to continue managing the safety culture, across their large, residential, and commercial projects in Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of diverse work already under construction and in the pipes, they are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join the team permanently.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, honest, reliable, enthusiastic, and hungry to continue their professional development and step into this role, joining this prestigious organisation.

Your Requirements:

• Proven prior experience with commercial construction projects.
• Ideally 5-10 years industry experience running your own projects $30m - $100m+.
• Cert IV Work Health & Safety.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Working at Heights Ticket (preferred)
• Traffic Controller Ticket (preferred)
• Confine Space Ticket (preferred)
