We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Position Overview: As a Plumbing Foreman, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing plumbing projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include supervising the plumbing team, organizing work schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the quality of workmanship. Collaboration with project managers will be essential to meet and exceed client expectations.

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: Up to $120,000 per annum + Super + Car Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the plumbing team to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Address any challenges promptly and implement appropriate solutions.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance the skills of team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumbing foreman or similar leadership role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
