Site Foreman – $50m+ Commercial Build

We're looking for an experienced Site / Finishing Foreman to join a large Tier 3 Contractor on a brand new $65m Apartment Build in Geelong.

• Site / Finishes Foreman required for a brand new commercial build in Geelong
• High End Apartment scheme due to kick off mid Q2
• Large Tier 3 builder with a strong presence across VIC

The Project:

Work on an exciting, $60m high end apartment project in a prestigious location for a tier 3 builder

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Site Foreman in Geelong. You will be part of a large construction team working for Melbourne's most reputable builders

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with the Site and Project Managers
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Managing the highest caliber sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high quality construction work
• Ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget

Skills and experience required:

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary/trade qualified
• 5+ years' experience working as a Foreman (Finishes experience preferred)
• Have worked on projects in excess of $50 million dollars
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation and time management skills
• You will have the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to problems faced on site
