• Building Management Degree Graduate with 23+ years Construction experience.
• He started his career in Estimating for 10 years before moving into the commercial industrial as a Contract Administrator and Project Manager for 13+ years with his current company (Tier 2 Builder). The majority of his projects have been in the education sector. However, he is open to expanding his project scope.
• In his current Senior CA role, he takes a lot of pressure off the Project Manager. He really enjoyed his time working in a combined role of CA / PM and ideally would like to secure a similar position.
• Having spent 13+ years in his current position while sitting at the same desk. He is simply ready for his next challenge.

Junior Contract Administrator

Desired Salary: $75k + super + car

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science – Construction Management Graduate.
• During his studies he spent just under a year at a Tier 3 company as a Junior Contract Administrator / Project Administrator.
• He worked on residential projects and tendered on commercial projects up to $2m.
• Very chatty and happy outgoing young professional who presents very well.
• Looking to secure a Contract Administrator role where he can implement his education and develop a long-term career within a company.
• He is centrally located in Yokine and is available to interview at any time.

Site Supervisor

Desired Salary: $130k + super
Location: Heathridge
Notice: 2 weeks

• Cabinet Maker by trade with 15+ Years Fitout industry experience
• Worked as a Fitout supervisor on a high end hotel project and received great reference from the Site Manager on the project.
• Excellent tenure with subby Distinct Carpentry 8+ years as Supervisor working on Multiplex sites such as Crown Towers, Perth Stadium, Fiona Stanley and Midland Hospital.
• Recently made redundant from a Tier 2 Builder on a school project.
