Civil Foreman - Western Suburbs $110K-$130K++

  • Well established Tier 3 civil contractor seeking permanent foreman for ongoing projects in the Western suburbs up to a value of $10M
  • Salary: $110,000 + car + super (working 5 days a week, 7-3), if you work Saturdays you will be compensated additionally (equates to about $120K-$130K)
  • Self-serving contractor able to supply 90% of their trades with internal teams and machinery giving you autonomy, control and reliability on a project
  • Working on a subdivision project initially, this contractor has a diverse portfolio of projects in – water and pipelines, bridges/culverts, subdivisions wetlands roads and land remediation
  • Management that is supportive and genuine advancement opportunities within the business

Construction Supervisor - Civil Infrastructure $130K-$150K++

  • Market leading Tier 2/3 Civil Contractor – expertise in infrastructure delivery around roads, rail, bridges, ports, aviation and defence projects
  • Assisting a Tier 1 contractor on multiple roads packages in the northern and western Suburbs you will have experience in delivering projects $5M – $20M that you have supervised but could find yourself on a package of works part of projects exceeding $100 million in value
  • You will be comfortable managing subbie crews up to 50 people on any given day and will have a detailed understanding of utility relocation
  • Coordinate works with subbie crews, internal teams, engineers, local authorities, project managers and clients to keep projects on task and under budget with significant programme involvement
  • This contractor has a network of strong head contractor relationships that allows them an opportunity to partner on some of the most enticing and complex multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure projects in Victoria
