We are currently partnering with respected commercial builders across Perth to recruit Site Supervisors (Junior - Senior) with a strong structural construction background.

These opportunities are suited to Supervisors who are confident managing projects through critical structural stages and enjoy being actively involved in construction delivery. Whether you're an experienced Foreman ready to step up or an established Site Supervisor looking for your next challenge, these roles offer exposure to technically interesting commercial projects across a range of sectors. With projects ranging from $10m all the way up to $80m!

Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from structure through to project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise concrete, steel, formwork, reinforcement, and structural trade packages.
• Drive construction programmes and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards on site.
• Review drawings and construction documentation to identify buildability issues and risks.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Lead site teams and maintain a productive and positive site culture.
• Resolve construction challenges and ensure projects continue progressing efficiently.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Senior Site Supervisor within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies, including concrete and steel structures.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction documentation.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site management practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Trade qualification or relevant construction background highly regarded.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.
