Our client is a leading fire protection services provider delivering compliance, inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance solutions across industrial and commercial environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio of valued clients.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with commercial and industrial clients, ensuring their fire protection requirements are met through high-quality service delivery and proactive account management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients

• Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through additional services and solutions

• Working closely with internal operations teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded

• Providing clients with advice around fire prevention, compliance, and preventative maintenance requirements

• Preparing quotations, proposals, and service recommendations

• Conducting regular client meetings and account reviews

• Supporting customer retention and business growth initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Business Development, or Client Relationship role

• Experience within fire protection, building services, facilities management, or a related technical industry (highly regarded)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships

• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
