We are currently seeking experienced Bogger Operators to join our team at a prominent underground mine in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge mining technology in a secure and well-established operation.

About the Role

• Position: Bogger Operator
• Location: Goldfields Region, WA
• Roster Options: 2:2 (FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie)
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts, nights first then days. 13 hours paid to account for travel.
• Employment Type: Full-time (initially through a contracting agency with potential transition to direct employment after 4-6 months)
• Pay: $1,000 - $1,100 per day + Super on all hours Casual

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Sandvik LH621i Loaders equipped with AutoMine technology.
• Conduct bogging and tramming of ore and waste in an underground mining environment.
• Work collaboratively with the underground production team to meet production targets.
• Perform pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting on machinery.
• Adhere to strict safety procedures, policies, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bogger Operator in underground mining.
• Proficiency with Sandvik 621 Loaders and Automine systems preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Current Australian Manual Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and police clearance.
