We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join a professional and well-established joinery team. This is a permanent opportunity offering varied work across high-end residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

This is an all-rounder position suited to a 4th Year Apprentice or qualified tradesperson who enjoys variety and takes pride in their work.

You will be involved in the production of custom joinery, working across a range of projects from straightforward cabinetry through to more intricate and detailed pieces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery to a high standard
  • Operate a range of workshop machinery
  • Work from plans, drawings and specifications
  • Complete both basic and detailed joinery work
  • Work with a variety of materials and finishes
  • Assist with curved and custom joinery projects
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet project deadlines
  • Assist with site work when required

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable and genuinely enjoys their trade.

You will ideally have:

  • 4th Year Apprentice or qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner experience
  • Previous experience in a workshop or joinery environment
  • Experience operating general woodworking machinery
  • CNC experience is highly regarded
  • Experience with panel saws and edgebanders is advantageous
  • Experience with curved joinery is a bonus, but not essential
  • The ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude

Most importantly, you will be adaptable, willing to learn and comfortable asking questions when you don't know something. A strong work ethic and no-ego attitude are essential.
