The duties and team
Reporting into your supervisor, you'll integrate into a close-knit crew covering:

• Workshop - PM work, scheduled maintenance, component change outs, servicing
• Field - breakdowns, drill servicing
• General repairs, fault finding, diagnostics and problem solving

Your skills and experience
You'll be a trade qualified diesel fitter with solid mechanical knowledge and a good attitude towards learning. Applicants from all industries are encouraged to apply - mining, civil, ag or heavy machinery backgrounds all considered.

Essential:

• Trade qualified in a diesel mechanical trade
• Strong mechanical knowledge, plus hydraulic and electrical systems know-how
• Ability to read schematics and drawings
• Ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude

Advantageous:

• UG hard rock mining equipment experience
• Drill servicing background
• Dual trade diesel fitter/auto electrician
